There will be delays on the the Twin Bridges today

Yep...it has happened once again! The Kentucky Department of Transportation announced that there will be delays on the Northbound side of the Twin Bridges today!

According to a press release from the KYTC, drivers can expect to see slowdowns this morning on the Northbound side of the Twin Bridges.

"This northbound daytime lane restriction on Wednesday is to allow additional work on recent steel upgrades to the bridge structure.

Northbound motorists traveling the US 41 Twin Bridges at Henderson and Evansville should be prepared to encounter a work zone lane restriction starting at approximately 8:30 a.m., CDT, on WEDNESDAY morning. This daytime work zone is expected to be in place until about 2:30 p.m., CDT, on Wednesday.

All traffic will initially move to the left-hand or passing lane on WEDNESDAY."

Hopefully with the nice weather today...all the work will be completed by 2:30 this afternoon!
