‘Steel Magnolia’ Meghan Linsey Writes and Records Song With ‘The Voice’ Season 3 Finalist Cody Belew

A new season of 'The Voice' starts TONIGHT on NBC. One of last season's favorites was Cody Belew. Although a little eccentric, he won over the hearts of fans with his incredible vocals. If you wondered where he went, he has been song writing with our buddy, Meghan Linsey of the country duo Steel Magnolia. 

Even though she is mega talented with a power house voice that rivals Carrie Underwood or Martina McBride, Meghan's career has been moving slowly since her Steel Magnolia partner and fiancee Joshua Scott Jones entered rehab back in 2011. As far as I know, the two are still together both personally and musically. New tour dates are posted on their website.

But, it appears that Meghan will be fine no matter what the future brings. She is phenomenal no matter who she works with. :-)
