The pitching wasn't the most comical thing on display during the Boston Red Sox 16-9 loss to the Chicago Cubs on Wednesday night.

Before the game officially got out of hand, Red Sox announcer Jerry Remy lost a tooth on-air. He debated with partner Don Orsillo what he should do, putting the game on the backburner.

Seriously, these two discussed how to handle the matter like they were dissecting the finer points of double play depth defense. Boston hasn't examined an issue like this so closely since trying to figure out just how much it loves David Ortiz.
