Pay It Forward – Homeless Man Gets A New Home From The Same Man Who Gave Him a Winning Lottery Ticket

Paying it forward is something we hear about a lot, but the acts themselves are few and far between. Every once in a while, Leslie and I will mention paying it forward and almost every time, we get a call from from a local food merchant that their drive-up window is in the midst of a pay it forward situation....Leslie and I love that. A while back, I posted a video of a YouTube Prankster who gave a winning $1000 lottery ticket to a homeless man. Great idea and very touching, but nobody could have predicted what the homeless man, Eric, would do with that news. Eric insisted on sharing the money with the man who gave him the ticket and the two became the best of friends.

The prankster started an online fundraiser for Eric and raised more than $40,000. He then decided to start using the money to get Eric his own home with enough money left over to start a sizable bank account for Eric. Watch for yourself below and be warned, you will cry.
