Leslie’s Lovin It – Peel a Bag of Potatoes in 50 Seconds

I can remember sitting, with my Granny, on the front porch, with a huge sack of potatoes. She tried her best to teach me how to peel a potato but I just had a crazy hard time with it. First of all, the potato peeler if just awkward. Secondly, she got frustrated that I wasted so much of the potato. She could actually cut the skin off in one piece. If only we would have had Facebook way back then, she would have been SO impressed. :-)
