A 9 year old, Terre Haute, IN boy, with Cerebral Palsy found dead, the four people, including two guardians, charged with neglect.

According to the Tribune Star, the boy died of malnourishment and neglect. Police said they responded, on Tuesday, to a call of a child having cardiac arrest. Sheriff Greg Ewing says the child was blind and weighed less than 15 pounds. Ewing said photos from the investigation were as grim as anything he's seen in his 26-year law enforcement career and brought to his mind images of the Auschwitz death camp. He called the case, "beyond terrible...the most terrible thing I've seen in my life."

The four are being held in the Vigo County Jail and are scheduled to face charges this afternoon (Feb. 23rd).
