Brace yourselves, the first In-N-Out Burger location east of Texas will be coming to Tennessee!

One of the most popular fast food chains along the west coast is In-N-Out Burger. If you're like me and have never ventured out into that part of the country, you've never had it. That being said, you have certainly heard of n-N-Out Burger. In-N-Out has 385 locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Colorado. Now, the popular fast food chain is moving east into Tennessee, and I can't wait to drive a couple of hours from Indiana to try it out.

In-N-Out Burger Coming to Tennessee

According to the Nashville Business Journal, In-N-Out officially closed a $36.1 million deal for 28.9 acres of land in Franklin, Tennessee. The area of land they purchased is near the intersection of Goose Creek Bypass and Lewisburg Pike and will be developed into the company’s eastern territory office and serve as the location of its first restaurant in Tennessee. This is huge for folks in Tennessee and the surrounding states, as it will mark the company’s first establishments east of Texas.

I have heard all about the delicious burgers at In-N-Out for years, and I can't tell you how excited I am to finally try them for myself. Franklin, Tennessee is only a couple of hours away from the Evansville, Indiana area, so I'd say that it is worth the road trip. That being said, we'll have to be patient and wait a while until we can try the Tennesee location.

When Will In-N-Out Burger Open in Tennesee?

According to the Nashville Business Journal:

The company aims to begin construction on a 100,000-square-foot office by late 2024. The project is slated to be completed by 2026 and will create 275 new jobs in Williamson County.

Here's the cool thing. The press release put out by In-N-Out Burger says that they will be opening locations in Tennesee. Not just one. So, hopefully, they go over well and the chain decides to further expand into, I don't know, Indiana, maybe?
