Head Lice...anyone who has had to deal with this with their children knows what a pain it is and how long it takes to get rid of. Head lice cases in the schools seems to have gotten a little better, but just when you thought it was safe, a new explosion and the reason for the outbreak is surprising and maybe even shocking...Selfies...that's right, SELFIES! One California expert says the problem is with teenagers who take selfies with their friends. Marcy McQuillan says, "Typically it's younger children I treat, because they're at higher risk for head to head contact. But now, teens are sticking their heads together every day to take cell phone pics."

First of all, isn't a 'selfie' a picture taken by one person of themselves? Seems like if you have a bunch of people putting their heads together for a photo, you have a group shot, even if it's taken by one person, so let's top calling these selfies, shall we?

Sometimes it seems ridiculous some of the things we have to tell our kids not to do, now we can add putting heads together for a selfie or whatever you want to call it, because one person in the group could infect everyone else. Has it really come to this? Apparently so. Now I can say, I have truly heard everything.
