Granger Smith Falls off Stage Breaks Two Ribs and Continues to Perform [VIDEO]

Granger Smith recently fell off stage at a concert,but didn't let that stop him, he continued to perform, but later fans found out that fall was pretty substantial! 

After the concert Granger Smith checked into the hospital where he found out just how bad his injuries were, he broke two ribs, AND punctured a lung! Geeze! He then had to cancel his weekend concerts to heal.
