Dog Fashion Show: Where Shelter Dogs Dress Up

Created & hosted by 3-local school children to bring awareness of animal adoption and the importance of neutering/spaying pets. Handmade animal costumes will be modeled by VHS shelter dogs. Costumes including: bride & groom; doggie “day” attire; local high school embroidered sweatshirts; and Halloween/Christmas costumes will be auctioned during fashion show raising proceeds for the VHS. Music and entertainment provided along with Local Celebrity Wayne Hart from WEHT 25 & Evie the Litter Dog. Bake sale on site. VHS staff available for animal adoption information. Bring chairs or blanket. Suggested donation: $5.00 per person, 13 and under FREE; OR donate any dog/cat food listed: Pro Pac Dog/Puppy food and Purina Cat/Kitten Chow. Any flavor Friskies Pate’-style canned cat food. Any kind of canned dog food; Moist and Meaty Steak Chunk Dog food for training treats.
