On Nov. 15, the companies will be collecting all rigid plastics (#1-7); aluminum, steel or bi-metal cans, lids, and caps; glass bottles; and, paper and cardboard products.
The following items will not be eligible for recycling:
• Tissue products
• Paper towels
• Dairy or juice carton boxes (waxed cardboard)
• Paper packages with food containment (ie pizza boxes, carryout food containers)
• Ceramic items
• Glasses or crystal
• Light bulbs
• #6 PS Foam (aka StyrofoamTM)
• Medical supplies
• Plastic toys
• Flower pots
• Aerosol cans
• Chemical containers
• Heavy trash items such as furniture
