Downtown Evansville Construction Drive You Crazy? This Sign Won’t Help [VIDEO]

I drive home everyday through downtown Evansville, and if it's not for a walk or event changing my route, it's more construction on Riverside Drive slowing things down.  Lately there's been some lane closures on Riverside near the Pagoda, and yesterday, I saw this sign doing...um...this.
