Leslie Irvin, the Evansville serial killer who terrorized Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky from December 1954 to March 1955 leaving a trail of at least 6+ victims, set a prescience for every trial after his, that still stands strong to this day.
The list was put together in 2015, so hopefully things have changed a little. From the looks of the map, it looks like you would defiantly want to live in either Illinois OR Indiana, but sadly, Kentucky, not so much! :-(
