Boonville To Have A Mural Painted Near The Square

There are some changes coming to Downtown Boonville near Johnson Park. According to Boonville Now, a mural that features businesses that were on the south side of the square in the late 1800’s will be painted on the north wall of IGA. Work should be underway on the mural very soon. You can see preliminary rendition of the mural in the post below.

It looks like work is already underway as of 8-23-18!

This will be a great addition to the downtown area. I am looking forward to seeing the finished project in the near future. Not only that, but other awesome things that will be coming to my hometown of Boonville!
