Best Hair Stylist In The Tri-State Winner

National Hairstylist Day is today, April 30th, and we wanted to know who is the best hair stylist in the Tri-State.

There are quite a few hair stylists...and barbers...here in the Tri-State that are deserving of the Best Hair Stylist Award, but there can only be one winner.  We asked you to think about the hair stylist that you can go to who makes your hair look the best, and who you can simply talk to about anything in the process.
