Albert Pujols Leaves St. Louis For Los Angeles

Albert Pujols is trading his Cardinal Wings for Angel wings for a ridiculous amount of money. Pujols has been a Cardinal mainstay for the past 10 years and after the Cardinals’ improbable World Series win over the Texas Rangers became a free agent. The teams that were in the hunt to land Pujols were the Florida Marlins, the Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs. Earlier today Pujols agreed to terms with the Los Angeles Angels on a contract that will pay the slugger $250-260 million over 10 years!! Pujols will say goodbye to the only organization he has known over his career and will head to Anaheim.
The Cardinals, fresh off a World Series win, have now lost two of the biggest reasons they had the season they had, Tony La Russa and Albert Pujols. Check out the poll question below.

May 26, 2013 5:13 PM Ok, when it comes to superheros, it's really hard for me to pick a favorite. I just saw Ironman 3 and I must say, his quick wit and intelligence is very attractive. And, if dark and mysterious is what I'm looking for, I look to Batman. I would have to say though, that my favorite, for the moment, would have to be Thor. I'm a sucker for big muscles, deep voice, blue eyes, blond hair and a big hammer! ;-)
