It's win or go home for the 68 teams selected to compete in this year's NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament including area favorites, Indiana and Kentucky.
The Hoosiers quickly ran up a 20-11 lead in the beginning of the game before missed shots, an injury to Jordan Hulls and 2 fouls on Cody Zeller began to take their toll. At halftime the Owls led the Hoosiers 29-26.
Tonight the best in the land go head to head in New Orleans as the Kentucky Wildcats take on the Kansas Jayhawks in the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. It's a chance for the Wildcats to fulfill their destiny and head back to the promised land. It's also a chance for Bill Self's team to gain respect they've been looking for all season.
December 10th was the day. Indiana basketball fans deserved to rush the court, heck they deserved the win, too. It was the night IU knocked off the team the media said couldn't be beat, the mighty Kentucky Wildcats. IU had a better night and they deserved it. You know what else they deserve...PAYBACK!
