I am sure you have heard the expression, "One man's trash is another man's treasure", and the same might now be true for women, if the above headline is actually true, that more and more women are dumpster diving for expensive, high-end cosmetics.

Whoa! About an hour ago, I had one of those moments that stops you dead in your tracks: I realized my wedding ring was no longer on my finger. Talk about panic!
