Students At Plaza Park Were Greeted Today with Kindness

We are lucky to have a great school system, who does it's best to keep our students safe, but it's hard to disagree that recently with schools, tensions have seemed high. Today Plaza Park students showed up to something pretty incredible. 

You never know what one act of kindness could do for someone, because you never know what people are going through, and that's the same for students in school. Yesterday afternoon a group of supporters got together, and wrote kind reminders on notes, and every locker in the school received one, so when students showed up to school today, each of them was greeted with a note of kindness.

If there was one kid in Plaza who really needed some kindness, I hope this helped them, and to others I hope this was a reminder of how valuable each and every person is.

Thank you to those who took time out of their day to remind each and every student that they are important.  I think the world could use more gentle reminders like this.
