Overnight Chia Pudding with Fresh Fruit and Granola
- 1 cup dairy-free milk of choice (we like using almond milk)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup to taste
- Dash vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit
- Dried coconut
- Hemp seeds
- Add the dairy-free milk, chia seeds, sweetener of choice and vanilla extract to bowl and stir to combine.
- Place in a resealable container and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add fresh fruit or toppings of your choosing.
