New Evansville Restaurant Biscuit Belly Announces Expected Opening Date

If you can remember back to January 2021 (how was that almost 5 months ago already?) the announcement was made that a new restaurant was coming to Evansville. The restaurant is Biscuit Belly, and they're based out of Louisville. According to the Biscuit Belly website they currently have three locations, all in Louisville, so it's very exciting that they're expanding to Evansville.

Biscuit Belly is known for delicious sandwiches made from their delicious biscuits, they describe themselves on their website as "we mix southern comfort food with unexpected flavors to make out of this world biscuit sandwiches."  Did someone say comfort food? I'm in!

On May 19th, Evansville 411 posted an exciting update! According to them, Biscuit Belly will be opening a location the Lillian Plaza in The Promenade of Evansville. They plan on opening their new Evansville location in mid-July. Also according to Evansville 411 Biscuit Belly has more plans to expand to other cities as well, Lexington, Kentucky, Knoxville, Tennessee, Huntsville, Alabama, and Birmingham, Alabama.
