Jason Aldean’s Baby Girl Recovering After Emergency Room Visit
Jason Aldean's 3-month-old baby girl, Navy, was rushed to the emergency room on Monday morning (May 20) after her temperature spiked to 104 degrees.
The "Rearview Town" singer described a "crazy week" to media gathered to celebrate his latest No. 1 hit, "Girl Like You." After a weekend spent touring in Maryland and New Jersey, the family came home, but overnight Navy got very sick, so the singer and his wife Brittany decided to take her to the emergency room at 4:30AM. Doctors sent her home that day, but on Tuesday, the crew went back.
"Basically she had like a stomach bug that caused a lot of vomiting and other stuff and turned into like a UTI (urinary tract infection) that got infected, making her have a fever and all that kind of stuff," Aldean says. "So it's kinda been a crazy, rough week for her, but we finally got her with some antibiotics through an IV — like really strong stuff — so she turned a corner."

In fact, Navy was slated to go home as he talked to media in Nashville on Wednesday (May 22). A quick glance at Brittany Aldean's Instagram Stories shows a photo posted around 3PM CT from the hospital, with Mom looking quite comfortable.
Brittany also recently shared that it hasn't been smooth sailing with the couple's second child. At about eight weeks she got RSV (respiratory syncytial virus), but has recovered. "It was NO JOKE,” Aldean writes, responding to a "How's Navy?" question. "But she is strong and happy and everything we could’ve hoped for."
In the same Q&A, the 31-year-old revealed that breastfeeding made Navy's stomach upset, so she no longer does that. During the media session Aldean spoke mostly with arms folded, showing off his tattoos of both of his youngest children's names on his forearms.
