The City of Evansville is bringing back its Traveling City Hall series in 2026, and it’s all about making local government easier, more convenient, and a lot more personal. Instead of heading downtown to the Civic Center, City Hall is coming to YOU and in neighborhoods across Evansville.

What Is Traveling City Hall?

These events give residents the chance to meet Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry, chat with department heads, and get real answers to real questions. But this year, there’s even more focus on helping you actually get things done on the spot.

How Traveling City Hall Helps You Get Things Done

Need to pay a bill? Have a question about city services? Dealing with a neighborhood issue? Trying to figure out which department to call? You can do it all at a Traveling City Hall.

All of these events are about access. City Hall shouldn’t feel distant or difficult to reach. Traveling City Hall is about meeting people where they are, listening to their concerns, and making it easier to get things done. If you need to pay a bill, ask a question, or solve a problem, we want to help you do that, right there in your neighborhood. ~Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry
