
Eastside Evansville Business Relocates Leaving Another Empty Retail Space
Usually, when I drive down North Burkhardt Road in Evansville I notice new businesses popping up, along with new construction. But this week an empty retail space caught my eye, and so I had to investigate the situation.
Computers Plus Update From Evansville 411 NEWS:
Our friends at Evansville 411 NEWS also had questions about what happened to Computers Plus. As it turns out, they are not closed, they have simply relocated to a different building.
This move is fairly new, and the business recently shared the big news on social media.
We're thrilled to announce we're moving to a new location! 🎉 We've loved serving you at our current spot, but we're excited for this next chapter. Starting December 30th, you can find us at 1229 E Virginia St! We're looking forward to welcoming you to our new space. Stay tuned for more updates!
What's Next For The Old Retail Space?
The former location off of North Burhardt Road is listed for lease. According to SVN | The Martin Group's website the lease price is negotiable. How negotiable? Well, I'm sure that a well-established brand would be needed to cover the costs in that neighborhood. Chicken Salad Chick is on one side, and Buff City Soaps is on the other side of the open space.
