Experience The Bigfoot Hike In Illinois

I'll admit, I thought Bigfoot was pretty cool when I was a kid. I can't claim that I ever saw one but I've watched plenty of shows and read several books about the creature when I was growing up.

It was weird. I haven't thought about Bigfoot for a long time. Then I was walking on the bike path down by the river and I witnessed a guy wearing a shirt with Bigfoot on it. There was also a message that read, I don't believe in you.

I got home a little bit later and was looking at social media when I saw a Bigfoot event happening in a couple of weeks right here in Illinois. I wasn't surprised because through the years there have been many sightings in our state.

I'm sure this will be a popular event in Illinois because many residents in our state believe the beast is real and claim to have spotted him somewhere in the woods. Of course, the evidence is always kind of sketchy.

This event is The Bigfoot Hike. It's happening on Saturday, October 5th from 7 pm to 9 pm at Rock Springs Conservation Area which is part of The Macon County Conservation District in Decatur. The cost is just $5.

The tour will discuss the history of the local sightings of Bigfoot in that area. They will share some stories. You'll even go on a hike to search for the mysterious creature. This is a must-see event for any fans.
