Just when we thought it couldn't get in hotter, Mother Nature decided to turn up the heat, and the humidity!

I am no stranger to the Midwest heat and humidity, but as I have gotten older, I have become more aware of how dangerous high heat and humidity can be, especially here in Indiana.

We Are In For Some Nasty Heat This Week

The National Weather Service has detailed what kind if extreme heat we can expect tomorrow across Indiana, and it is going to be H O T !! Portions of Indiana are under an "Excessive Heat Warning, while many Hoosier counties have been placed under an "Excessive Heat Advisory."

Triple Digit Heat Index This Week

The heat paired with the humidity is going to leave it feeling like an oven outside for much of the Hoosier State with the heat index rising well into the triple digits. They say we can expect it to feel like anywhere from 100 to 115 degrees on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
