US Marshals After Illinois Fugitive With a Bizarre Chest Tattoo

I would imagine the goal of anyone on the run fleeing from the law would be to blend in and appear anonymous. That will likely prove difficult for one Illinois man being sought by the US Marshals as he has a very distinctive identifier. It's a large and very obvious chest tattoo.

According to the US Marshals in the northern district of Illinois, one of their most wanted fugitives is this man. His name is William De La Rosa.

Here's how the United States Marshals describe Mr. De La Rosa:

"Subject is wanted for federal bond violations and drug conspiracy. Known to have ties to Chicago, Nashville, and Mexico. Chest tattoo reads "Veronica"."

They warn that if you see William De La Rosa you should not approach him or make any attempt to apprehend him. You should call the U.S. Marshals Service Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102 or submit a tip through their online portal where you can remain anonymous.

You would think that with a body mark as obvious as "Veronica" on a man's chest that someone in Chicago, Illinois would have seen him or at least have some information about his possible whereabouts. If so, the United States Marshals would love to hear from you to get this fugitive off the streets to face justice.
