A man is under arrest and is accused in the murder of an Illinois trucking company owner that happened earlier in March in Crestwood.

The Crestwood, Illinois Police Department shared these details recently on their Facebook page about the murder of Dane Koletski, the owner of ATG Truckload in Crestwood.

It was 4pm on March 5, 2025 when firefighters responded to smoke coming from the ATG Truckload building in Crestwood. They found the body of Dane Koletski at that time. Josif Suclea 52, from Scottsdale, Arizona was charged with 1st Degree Murder on Saturday, March 15. He is an employee of the company and was located in Holland, Michigan at a truck stop by local police. The Cook County Medical Examiner's office determined the cause of death to be from injuries to the neck from a sharp object.
