Zumba Fundraiser benefiting The Parkinson’s Unity Walk Today!

JBLM MWR Marketing/flickr

When  I saw this event come across my desk, I couldn’t pass it up. I love Zumba, and my father passed away from Parkinson’s Disease two years ago. If I can participate in something as fun as Zumba to ensure others don’t have to go through what I did, well, that’s a good day for me!

A Zumba Fundraiser is being held Tuesday, October 2nd at Evansville Day School, 3400 N Green River Rd. Admission is $10, and the doors open at 6:30pm. Zumba is from 7pm-8pm, and is being lead by certified Zumba Instructor Janey Albin. 100% of funds raised go to Parkinson’s research. Come help the Parkinson’s Unity Walk Stomp Out Parkinson’s!
