Country music is proving it has the ability to sell out major league venues! Zac Brown Band have added their name to a list of big country stars selling out some important places across the US. The band sold out their Fenway Park show -- and it sold fast!

The 'Sweet Annie' singers sold out the Boston Red Sox 37,000-seat park in minutes!  This will be the group's very first time playing Fenway. To accommodate for the demand, they've added a second date before the original date at the ball park.

Zac Brown Band will now be playing Friday, June 27 at Fenway as well as the original date of Saturday, June 28. Tickets for the new June 27 show go on sale April 12. These shows are just a couple of dates included in this summer's outdoor venue lineup for the band. Full show dates are listed on the band's website.

This is only the second time in the history of the ball park that a country act has ever sold a show out! Last year, Jason Aldean was able to sell Fenway Park for not one, but two big summer shows. Blake Shelton is another country singer proving how big country music is right now by selling out some "mind blowing" venues.
