Tonight the best in the land go head to head in New Orleans as the Kentucky Wildcats take on the Kansas Jayhawks in the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship.  It's a chance for the Wildcats to fulfill their destiny and head back to the promised land.  It's also a chance for Bill Self's team to gain respect they've been looking for all season.

When John Calapari took over as head coach for the Cats, fans saw it as a tickets back to the top.  In his third season, they've been to the Elite 8, Final Four, and now the national Championship game.  If they win tonight, it'll be the first time since the 1998 team starring guys like Wayne Turner and Scott Padgett put together comeback after comeback to win it all.

That's what scares me about this Kansas team.  They don't give up.  They came back from a 13 point deficit to put away Ohio St. in the Final Four to make it here.  Oh, and by the way, the last time Bill Self brought the Jayhawks a national championship it came at the expense of John Calapari and Memphis.

Either way, tonight's game should be a winner.  I am going with my heart, and the best team in the country.  My Kentucky Wildcats will win 79-68 and take home their 8th National Title!

Let me know what you think.
