What’s For Dinner? Grandma’s Sauteed Peppers [RECIPE]
I wish I enjoyed cooking and baking as much as my Grandmom Mantegna or my Mom did when I was growing up. I remember them both cooking in the kitchen all day long! Today, I love making some of the dishes they both made including fresh peppers, onions, and garlic sauteed in extra virgin olive oil. (It's the Italian in me!) Add either some Italian sausage or shrimp or tomatoes to this dish - or - nothing! (Or, be creative and add whatever!)
