What Would Happen If You Stopped Sleeping?
I can remember being so bummed when I looked at my work schedule and it stated that I had to arrive at work at 10:30am. When I was in college, I worked as a server at Chi Chi’s Mexican Restaurant. The opening server had to start brewing the coffee before the lunch crowd came to satisfy their midday hunger pains. Each time I had to open, I was miserable. It was way too early for me to get up. At that time, I had no idea what my work life would be like today.
I am totally sleep deprived now. My bedtime, if I’m lucky, is 10:00pm. I get up at 3:30am. For someone who would pride herself on needing 8-10 hours, this schedule is killing me. Well, it may NOT be killing me. Or, is it?
Looks like I’ll be fine. A little old and tired, but fine. 😉
Now, should I hit the snooze button?
