Western Kentucky Loses When Louisiana Lafayette Plays Six Players
January 6, 2012 10:25 AM As you may know about me, I am a big basketball fan, especially when it comes to my alma mater, the Western Kentucky University Hilltoppers. After seeing this video from last night’s game in Bowling Green, I am furious. Count the number of Red jerseys on the floor and you’ll see that Louisiana Lafayette’s Ragin’ Cajuns played the last 20 seconds or so with 6 players on the floor. Result of the game…the Toppers lose by 2 and NO ONE CATCHES IT! What is going on here!?!
On top of this bad news for my team, it was also announced this morning that head coach, Ken McDonald has been released from his duties. A massive tornado touched down just south of Oklahoma City on Monday, killing dozens.
At least seven of those killed were students at Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore. The twister, which measured 2 miles at one point, has been given a preliminary classification of an EF-4 tornado (winds of 166 to 200 mph), according to weather officials.
