For 20 years now, theater students from all over Warrick County have been coming together to put on a huge summer musical.

Tickets to the 20th annual Warrick County Summer Musical “Miss Saigon: School Edition” are on sale now here. The show, presented July 21 through 24, is Warrick County’s biggest show endeavor to date for one of the largest theatrical successes of all time. "Miss Saigon: School Edition" will be presented at 7 p.m. on July 21, 22 and 23 with a 2 p.m. performance on July 24.

The show takes audiences on a journey into the struggle, turmoil and love encountered during the last years of the Vietnam War. Students involved in the show have been working very hard to give you a great show. They want to capture the true vibe of what it was like in Vietnam, so Vietnam veterans have presented to students during rehearsals and discussed life during times of war, uniforms, the climate and relationships with the Vietnamese.

“Miss Saigon” tells the story of Chris, an American soldier, and Kim, a Vietnamese girl, struggling to find each other and keep their love going after Saigon falls. This sung-through, cinematic musical shows the challenging story of life, love and separation during one of America’s most controversial conflicts in history.

Check out "Miss Saigon" July 21 through 24 at Castle High School Auditorium. Don't forget to purchase your tickets ahead of time!
ALSO, if you were a part of any of the Warrick County Summer Musicals over the past 20 years, Fiesta Acapulco Mexican Restaurant in Newburgh will be hosting a 20th anniversary post-show party on Friday, July 22, for anyone previously involved with the show.
