Uber is Coming to Evansville!!

It's about time! 

It was announced today that UberX is coming to Evansville! It'll be starting in early 2017.  Uber is a ridesharing service through an app on your phone.  Anytime I go out of town we always use Uber, it's just super easy.  You download the Uber app, put in your info, and then tap "request a ride" and Uber will find a driver near you and send them your way! What's also cool is you get to see a photo of the driver, their name, and what type of vehicle will be picking you up so you know what to look for.

It's cool because on the app you can follow the driver right to you, you can see them on your screen, and once you're in the car you can pull up the GPS to where you're going so you can see the driver following the route your on.  Also payment is all taken care of through the app.

With Uber it's unlike taxis where taxi services have a fleet of vehicles, the drivers come to work and get into their taxi, Uber drivers are prescreened by Uber, and they use their very own cars.

It's a great easy, and inexpensive way to get you to your destination!
