Okay so I'm a little late for Transformation Tuesday, so I guess we'll do transformation Friday! haha!

So for a little over a year now, I've been talking a lot about a weightloss journey I've been on.  I still have another 25lbs before I reach my BIG goal that I set for myself over a year ago, but after that I'm excited to see where this takes me.

The first picture was September of 2014 and the second is Monday at the gym

I'm currently sitting at 47lbs down, and a few inches? haha I wish I had taken measurements before I started! But I found myself last January (2015) at a place I never wanted to be, at my heaviest, and I remember how hard it was to motivate myself to get started to lose weight, but I decided just to take it one day at a time and stay consistent, and it's paid off!

A lot of people ask me what I'm doing, and it's the most boring answer ever.  I'm eating healthy and working out.  It's as easy as that.  I know, I wish there was a miracle weight loss pill or shake, but I've tried them all, and they don't work.  The fool proof way is to stay consistent, eat healthy, and get your body moving.

I did hit a plateau a few months ago that I could NOT break and it was getting so frustrating, and then I found The Perfect Plan.  Last Monday I began doing The Perfect Plan, and the awesome thing about the Perfect PLan is that I got set up with a nutritionist, who actually helped teach me how to properly eat.  She explained to me nutrient dense foods, so I can eat real food and not have to worry about counting my calories. I started last Monday and by my weigh in on Friday, I had already lost 3lbs.  If you want to learn more about the Perfect Plan check them out here!
