Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke made the proclamation during the 3rd annual Logan's Promise Walk to Remember that this week is "Logan's Promise Drunk Driving Victims Remembrance Week in the city of Evansville".

The Mayor proclaimed that, "March 13th through 19th 2017 as Logan's Promise Drunk Driving Victims Remembrance Week in the city of Evansville". The Mayor gave the proclamation at the site where Logan Brown was killed by a drunk driver 3 years ago.

Prior to the walk, Charles Brown, Logan's father and head of Logan's Promise spoke to the community about raising awareness about Driving and Driving and thanked all the volunteers for helping out during the walk.

Hundreds of people came out to walk and remember all those who lost their lives to drunk drivers.
