Many nutrients are found in the skins of veggies and fruits.  But, there are some varieties I have to peel off the skin before eating them and others I don't mind eating with the skins on!

Take a baked potato and a raw carrot, for example, I can eat both unpeeled. The same with apples, peaches, and nectarines, I can eat the skins.  Now, I honestly don't know of anyone that eats a banana peel or the rinds of an orange or lemon. I do have to peel a kiwi before I eat one of those.

Which fruits or vegetables do you have to peel off the skins before you eat them?
