The Evansville Police Department is asking the public to help locate a missing Evansville teenager with special needs whom they believe may have been abducted over the weekend.

The Department shared the following photo and information on their Facebook page Sunday afternoon:

According to the EPD, Aleah is 19-years-old, bound to a wheelchair due to her inability to walk, and requires constant care from family because of her disability. For these reasons, and others, authorities believe she could be in grave danger if she's not found soon.

If you see Aleah, or have any information regarding her whereabouts, call 911 immediately, or contact the Evansville Police at 812-436-7979, or the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office WeTip Hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME.
