The Evolution of Mom Dancing

Ever since I can remember, we danced at my house. My mom would step touch, step touch to the radio while keeping the beat by making a sound with her lips a tongue and snap her fingers. I know now why she put me in dance lessons at the age of five - she wanted me to have better mom dance moves. But after becoming a mom myself, I realize that all moms have the SAME moves. ;-)

In honor of the First Lady, Michelle Obama's  "Let's Move" campaign, encouraging parents to get up and move with their kids, she appeared on Jimmy Fallon to reveal to us all..."Evolution of Mom Dancing." And all I can say is: Sad, true and HILARIOUS!!!

BTW....doesn't Jimmy make a HOT mom??? lol
