Take a Dance Class to Help Keep Away Those Winter Blahs

If the winter blahs have already got you down, then you need to seriously think about taking a dance class.  

Every Thursday night, the Evansville Swing Cats invite you to join them for an evening of dancing and lessons.  Carrie and Jamie Newman of Evansville have been teaching East Coast Swing beginner & intermediate dance lessons for many years.  They also teach the Charleston, Balboa, and more!  And guess what?  It's so much fun!!  Not only will you have the time of your life, but, you can work this into your diet plan as part of your cardio!  And, you'll meet others who enjoy the fun of learning how to dance, too!
