Anyone who crosses the Wabash Memorial Bridge in Mt. Vernon knows that they removed the manned toll booth a couple of years ago. At the time they explained how you need to open an account with INDOT to get an electronic transponder to put on your windshield that takes the toll out of your 'account' electronically at the time you cross in either direction.
