The heavy snow has arrived in the Tri-State and will continue this morning. Travel is not recommended, at least until the heaviest snow has stopped by this afternoon. The heavy snow we have now will taper off to afternoon snow showers and will remain windy, which means drifting snow could be a big problem today.
