Are you constantly hitting the snooze button? Doing the morning show on the radio for more than 20 years, I get up at 3:30am and learned a long time ago that the snooze button is your worst enemy. When my alarm goes off, I put my feet on the floor and get moving without missing a beat, it's not easy and a lot of us can't do that.
