Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament At Ford Center in Evansville

The NCAA-GLVC Conference Men's Basketball Tournament is coming to Evansville's Ford Center Thursday, March 7 through Sunday, March 10. As you know, both the University of Southern Indiana and Kentucky Wesleyan are in the GLVC. The basketball action will be exciting and so will the Family Fun Fest on Sat., March 9.

Last week, I posted a poll question about whether or not Joe Paterno's statue should be removed from the entrance to Beaver Stadium at Penn State. Yesterday, the statue was removed as word came down the NCAA would impose harsh penalties on Penn State in light of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse case and the suspension of the football program was one possibility.
