The 2013 March for Babies in Henderson County was held Saturday in Central Park, and hundreds of walkers held off the rain to raise big money for the March of Dimes. Nearly $35,000 was raised this year, as corporate and family teams got together in hopes of ending premature births!

Saturday, at Audubon Mill Park in Henderson, walkers gathered to support the March of Dimes with the March For Babies. This was the second year I was lucky enough to be the emcee for this event. The walkers raised over $25,000 to help see that all babies are born healthy!
