Do you remember the old animated TV commercial asking that burning question about the number of licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop? According to Mr. Owl, it only took three. Mr. Owl of course, bit the Tootsie Pop after the third lick. I know when I was a kid, it was almost impossible to resist the urge to bite so you get right to that great Tootsie Roll center.
