Jason Michael Carroll sits atop the Country Whuppin' as champion once again after defeating Jana Kramer, and he now has another young lady to contend with.  It's the new artist with a vintage state of mind, Ruthie Collins, sampling Hank Sr. with 'Ramblin' Man!'

What a battle that was!  Gray Allan was a dominant champion and fought to the finish with Jason Michael Carroll, but JMC took the win and takes over as the champion with "God Only Knows."  His first challenger is Jana Kramer and her new single, "I Got The Boy."

Gary Allan and our in-studio guest, Chris Stapleton teamed up for the current champion of the Country Whuppin', but will they be able to get win number four?  They'll have to knock off the new single from Jason Michael Carroll do do it!  Listen and vote!

Some of country's top stars and up-and-comers took time out from their busy schedules this Halloween to celebrate with some cool, creative costumes and even share some pictures with fans via social media.

Jason Michael Carroll will be at the Gibson County Fairground on August 30th to support Gibson County Gives Back, a charity set up to help many local families dealing with sick children and increasing medical expenses.  I had a chance to talk to Jason about his passion for helping children, his live show, and his amazing fan base.

Last week I covered the most socially active country artists' fan bases according to my experience.  I found through this that some of my choices only apply on certain occasions.  Some of my choices were spot on.  Finally, I missed some very active fan bases, that I know about now!
