We are getting closer and closer to the 2016 Insane Inflatable 5k! All the fun goes down on Saturday June 25th! If you ever thought that you were too old, out of shape, or just too lazy to run in the race....check out this video! (You are guaranteed to feel better about yourself!)

The Insane Inflatable 5k is on the way! It's for all kinds of fitness levels, so no worries if you aren't in tip-top running condition this is fun for everyone! The Insane Inflatable 5k is more about having fun, and enjoying yourself rather than an actual race. However if you are wanting to run this 5k, join me on a countdown to the 5k and what we can do to prepare!
